Children
Being a child can be challenging. At this stage in life, they are beginning to discover who they are, what they believe in, and they may want more independence from their caregivers. Along with these changes, children may face social and developmental struggles.
My aim is to provide child therapy with the tools they need to navigate through the ups and downs of growing up. I offer a safe space where children can freely express their thoughts, feelings, and needs.

Adolescents
Being a teenager is hard. At this stage in life, they are starting to develop their identity, what they believe, and striving for more independence from their parents. With that has always come many social and developmental struggles. However, teens today are growing up in a much more complex environment, with more social and developmental struggles then ever dealt with before. Cyber bullying, constant access to technology, video games, social media overload, and the list goes on. These factors have heavily increased the amount of mental health issues among teens today. My goal is to equip teens with the tools they need to navigate through the highs and lows of growing up by providing a safe space through adolescent therapy, where they can communicate their thoughts, feelings, and needs.

Adults
As we all know, life is ever changing and so are we. Getting married, starting a family, experiencing loss, starting a job, leaving a job or going through a divorce or breakup to name a few. These times, while some can be exciting, can also lead to heightened anxiety and a feeling of not knowing where to go from here and maybe even hopelessness. Through everything, we are all just trying to find happiness and peace, which most of the time is easier said than done. So sometimes we need another person’s perspective to help get us to where we want to be. My job is to walk along side you in this journey. To help you as best I can to move through the hard and get you to your version of happiness, whatever that may be. So you can live a full and healthy life.
